About

Our Vision

Devotion Before Miracle exists for one simple conviction: that trust comes first. In the tradition of devotion to St. Jude, patron of hopeless causes, the faithful have long offered their thanksgiving before the answer arrives, publishing gratitude in advance as an act of confident hope. We carry that same spirit to the feet of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

This site is a place to learn, to pray, and to testify. Here you will find the life and titles of Our Lady, the great Marian prayers of the Church, the stories of the saints who accompany us, and the testimonies of people whose prayers have been answered. Most of all, it is a place to bring what you carry. Every intention submitted here is received in confidence and remembered in prayer.

What we believe about prayer

Prayer is not a transaction. It is a relationship of trust with a God who loves us, entered through the intercession of His Mother and the communion of saints. We do not pray because we have already seen the miracle. We pray because we know the One we are asking. Devotion comes before the miracle, and sometimes devotion itself is the miracle.

Where this is going

We begin with Our Lady and St. Jude, and we will grow. New saints, new devotions, novenas, and seasonal prayer campaigns will be added over time. If there is a saint or devotion you would like to see honored here, we would love to hear from you.

The Hail Mary

Ave Maria

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
